Pauline Namutebi is a versatile environmental engineer and climate change specialist, holding an MSc. in Environmental Engineering and Project Management from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Geo-Science and Production from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.
