Mr. Henry Massa Makuma is a Tropical Biological Association (TBA) alumnus and MSc in Environment and Natural Resources with vast knowledge in climate change and natural resources management in forestry, wetlands, land and general ecology. Over the last 6 years, Henry has acquired key skills required for sustainable use of Natural resources such as land resources including use of various GIS software and hardware.
He has been part of a number environment impact studies on projects including: Environmental & Social Impact Statement (ESIS) of upgrading Atiak –Elegu road (35 KM) to bituminous standards, Amuru District.
