Simon Lubega is currently a Master of Environmental and Energy Management (MEEM) student at the University of Twente Centre for Studies in Technology and Sustainable Development (CSTM) in Enschede, the Netherlands. At CSTM, Simon specialised in Environmental Management systems with his master thesis focused on the Effectiveness of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) as a decision making tool for environmental governance in Uganda.He also holds a BSc. Environmental Science Technology and Management with first Class honours from Kyambogo University in Uganda majoring in Environmental Quality Systems.
